Anthony is a native of Vermont and lives on the Lyndon/East Burke line with his wife Krista and their four children, where they enjoy seasonal outdoor activities together. He completed the P.T. program at the University of Vermont in 1998. He initially worked in a small, community hospital where he gained experience with In-/Out-Patient and Rehabilitation care. Next, while in transition he worked briefly alongside his friend Ben McCormack, PT, CEES, CWCE at Northern Physical Therapy before independently managing an Outpatient PT Clinic in Island Pond for 12 years where he enjoyed providing a vital service for the rural community there. In the Fall of 2018 he also opened HŌHP, a private Outpatient clinic part-time.
To fulfill a career-long dream to be mentored clinically, Anthony and his entire family moved to Steamboat Springs, CO to work at Johnson & Johnson Physical Therapy where he accepted a fellow-in-training position. He was there for 16 months July 2019 - November 2020, accentuating his expertise to integrate various approaches in the treatment of Orthopaedic issues and all other systems for the wholistic care of individuals. He worked under the direct mentorship of clinic owners Brent Yamashita, PT, MPT, CFMT, FFMT, FAAOMPT and Gregory & Vicky Johnson, PT, FFMT, FAAOMPT, known around the world for teaching and mentoring physical therapists through the Institute of Physical Art since 1978. Upon returning to the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont, Anthony and Krista have re-opened the HŌHP clinic full-time out of their own home. At HŌHP Anthony sees clients Out-of-Network for 1 hour visits on a self-pay basis. This has enabled him to provide his unique services in a variety of ways, effectively serving the needs of individuals of all ages throughout the beautiful Northeast Kingdom.
